Once connected, GlobalMed speaks directly with the customer about their needs, available services, and any relevant preparation instructions. Depending on the service and appointment arrangements, customers may be served at a GlobalMed location or at an agreed location.
GlobalMed coordinates the next steps, including customer reception, sample collection, testing or referral of samples under the applicable process, communication of the expected turnaround time, and confidential delivery of results directly to the customer. Turnaround times vary by test and are communicated in advance.
Transparent terms and balanced benefits
Before a partnership begins, the parties discuss and agree on its scope, how referred customers will be recorded, partner benefits, and any reconciliation and payment arrangements.
